Executive Committee

Acts on behalf of the Board of Directors in its oversight responsibilities; when exigencies prevent the Board of Directors from timely action, makes recommendations to the Board of Directors concerning its "resources responsibilities;" and coordinates the Board of Director's strategic planning process.

Finance Committee

Assists the Treasurer in performance of her/his duties, including establishing an organizational budget, periodically reporting the financial condition of the organization to the Board of Directors, and providing liaison with the organization's auditors.

Development Committee

Provides leadership for the Board of Directors' fund-raising responsibilities.

Stakeholders Committee

Provides liaison with, recruits, and provides leadership to the membership and other organized stakeholders, such as Main Street volunteers.

Governance Committee

Provides leadership to assure the Board of Directors is composed of an array of Directors who collectively have the skills, talents, interests, and commitment to provide sound governance for New London Main Street.
