Little Pink House - Kelo

Famed for the well-known Kelo v. City of New London case in 2005, this house marks the historic significance of the state Supreme Courts' ruling which outlined the states' use of private property for public use. Considered a controversial verdict, many people viewed the outcome of the case a violation against private property rights, and the case eventually motivated 42 other states to create rulings to help prevent such seizure of property.
