This park fronts the Thames River with a half mile promenade and five piers. Free floating docks welcome transient boaters, but no overnights. The Custom House Pier section of the Park has a dinghy dock and there isa car top boat ramp aat the south end of the Park between the Custom House Pier and the Fishing Pier.
