The Hispanic Alliance was founded in May 2000 as an organization which helps to empower and enable Hispanics to become more actively involved in the local community. They have done this by creatively communicating and collaborating with the community at large, for example, through partnerships with the Garde Arts Center and Lyman Allyn Museum.
